Back in 2019, the AICNY in collaration with Scavolini SOHO organized a beautiful culinary event day showcasing the dishes of our members, products of our sponsors and the beautiful Scavolini Kitchens. It was also an moment for honoring and say Happy Birthday to our dear friend, Chef Anthony Bourdain.
